This service is offered to women of all ages with the focus on restoring core and pelvic floor health after childbirth. If you have incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse or diastasis recti this option is for you. Through breath work, self-inquiry, movement and activities of daily living you will regain core/pelvic floor vitality and return to the activities you love.
