Pilates-Reformer Semi-Privates (limit 2)

Bring your own towel and water.
Strength, flexibility and balance is the focus when you sign up for a pilates semi-privates reformer class. The Pilates reformer adds another layer of challenge for your body through resistance. Semi-private sessions are modified for all pre-existing conditions to ensure proper alignment, safety and FUN! Contact Mary for an appointment.

Vibrant Living Course

Content: Get into the driver’s seat and explore your natural rhythms, joy and ideal body weight. Vibrant Living is a 10 week course merging Ayurveda, Yogic Philosophy and behavioral science. During this 60 minute class you will be exploring your habits around eating, sleeping, self-care and relationship skill building.
